Miss Carina B Maliakkal is a Ph.D. research was based on understanding the growth of III-V semiconductor nanowires. During postdoctoral research compound, nanowire growth was investigated using in situ transmission electron microscopy at Lund University. Interests: in situ TEM, crystal growth, and nanowires.
