Dr.Nagaraja Suryadevara

Biography :

Dr. Suryadevara is a Lecturer, School of Biosciences, Faculty of Medicine, Biosciences & Nursing at MAHSA University, Malaysia. Obtained Bachelor's degree in Microbiology from Kakatiya University, Warangal, India, Master of Science in Biotechnology from Bharathidasan University, Thiruchurapalli, India, and Doctorate in Biotechnology in the specialization of MOLECULAR CHARACTERIZATION OF MULTI RESISTANT PSEUDOMONAS FLUEROSCENS FROM TURMERIC FIELDS OF ANDHRA PRADESH, INDIA from Bharathiyar University, Tamil Nadu, India. He is specialized in Molecular Biology and Genetics with 14 years of teaching and research experience. Currently working on Molecular characterization of Multidrug-resistant bacteria from Poultry and Environment. Involved in collaborative research on phytochemical studies of various medicinal plants with emphasis on Moringa olifera. Published more than 25 research articles in peer-reviewed National and International Journals, two books and five book chapters related to medicinal plants. During 2019-2020, his contributions were appreciated by Received various reputed awards includes best Biotechnologist 2020, Junior Best Scientist, Best Young Scientist, and Young Scientist from various organizations. Chief Editorial Board Member and Reviewer for various National and International peer-reviewed Journals. Served as a resource person for several National and International conferences, Workshops and Training Programmes. To-date, nine new partial16s rRNA sequences were submitted to NCBI, USA. Acted as an External Examiner for Ph.D. thesis evaluation from various Universities around the globe. He is a Media Resource Person for the 7th Asian PGPR International Conference to be held in KL, Malaysia during 2021.
