Miss Luz Esther Gonalez

Research Interest :

1. Miss Luz Esther Gonalez Reyes received her Ph.D. degree in Physics in 2018 at Universidad del Valle, Colombia, with a disertation on the propagation of electromagentic waves through 1D semiconductor/dielectric and ferroelectric/superconductor photonic crystals. She has completed her postdoctoral research from the same university, related with the application of heterostructures composed by ferroelectric and superconducting materials in integrated photonic circuits. She is currently an Associate Professor at Universidad de Ibagué, Colombia, and her work is focused on the design, fabrication and characterization of 1D photonic crystals for the implementation of optoelectronic devices.
